Man faces OVI charges after police stop him for erratic driving

HUBBARD — A man is set to appear today in Girard Municipal Court after being charged for driving under the influence and reckless operation of a vehicle.

Hubbard Police stopped Daniel Skruck, 32, of Hubbard on a West Liberty Street for erratic driving, according to a police report. Police reported Skruck had difficulty keeping his balance and registered a blood alcohol level of 0.14.

The legal limit in Ohio is 0.08. Skruck was released from the scene.
