Arson destroys Lora Avenue house

YOUNGSTOWN — Fire reports said arson is the cause of a blaze that destroyed a vacant 268 Lora Ave. house early Tuesday morning.

Crews who arrived about 12:30 a.m. found the home engulfed in flames and because there was no way to get inside, firefighters deployed to protect surrounding homes, reports said.

Damage is listed at $2,900. There were no injuries.
