“Dancing With the Stars” (8 p.m., ABC): Let’s get ready to rumba! The 22nd season of this sequin-studded competition launches with a whole new batch of borderline famous people, including Donald Trump’s ex, Marla Maples, self-absorbed talk-show host Geraldo Rivera and former star of “The O.C.” Mischa Barton. Let’s hope they bust some moves and nothing else.

“Everything Is Copy” (9 p.m., HBO): In the documentary “Everything Is Copy,” director Jacob Bernstein presents an illuminating portrait of his mother – the late writer and filmmaker Nora Ephron. Included: plenty of anecdotes provided by the likes of Meg Ryan, Meryl Streep, Rob Reiner and Tom Hanks.

‘Dinner Party’ by theater troupe

SHARON, PA.

The Black Sheep Players will present Neil Simon’s “The Dinner Party” at 8 p.m. March 31 and April 1 and 2 at First Presbyterian Church, 600 E. State St.

The play focuses on six guests invited to a dinner party at a Paris restaurant who come to realize they all have connections with each other. The cast includes Maria Petrella-Ackley, Megan Donaldson, Rachel Mae Stanko, Stephen Theiss, Rob Whiting and James Maloney.

SounDoctrine at Night Town

CLEVELAND

Youngstown-based contemporary jazz and recording act SounDoctrine will perform at Night Town, 12383 Cedar Road, at 8:30 p.m. Friday. Admission is $15 at the door.

SounDoctrine cracked the national smooth-jazz charts last summer with its cover of Bobby Womack’s “Stop On By,” which featured guitarist Eric Tyus.
