Parkside Baking Club is cooking for a cause

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Residents at Parkside Health Care Center in Columbiana recently organized a Parkside Baking Club. Each Thursday during March and April, the club will host a bake sale to benefit Harvest for Hunger and the Second Harvest Food Bank. A group of bakers are shown here cooking and packaging some of the goods that they sell to staff, family members and visitors to the center. The club is also collecting nonperishable food during March and April to contribute to the project. Visit the center at 930 E. Park Ave. to donate.
