ODE reviews Youngstown school district's special-ed program

YOUNGSTOWN — The Ohio Department of Education, Office for Exceptional Children is reviewing the city schools special-education program.

Officials are asking parents and guardians of special-needs children in the city schools middle and high schools to share their views of the district’s programs at a 5 to 6 p.m. meeting Wednesday at East High School, 474 Bennington Ave.
