Shannon Craig to be bride of Brent Syter in Aug. rite

CANFIELD

Shannon Craig and Brent Syter are engaged and planning an Aug. 27 wedding at St. Robert Bellarmine Church in Cortland.

The parents of the future bride, Mr. and Mrs. Michael Craig of Canfield, are announcing. Mr. and Mrs. James Syter of Cortland are parents of the prospective groom.

The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from John Carroll University. She is a human resources manager at PolyOne Corp. in Avon Lake.

The future groom received a bachelor’s degree in nutrition and master’s degree in public health from Youngstown State University. He is an epidemiologist for the City of Cleveland Health Department.
