MAHONING COUNTY
Austintown: Easter Bunny popcorn balls, 11 a.m. Friday, Austintown library, 600 S. Raccoon Road. Learn to make Easter treats and take one home. Registration required; call 330-744-8636. For adults.
Boardman: Kids’ Lunch with the Easter Bunny with the party gallery, noon to 3 p.m. Saturday, Quaker Steak and Lube, 435 Boardman-Poland Road.
Boardman: Pet photo night with the Easter Bunny, 6:30 to 8 p.m. today, Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St. Pets are welcome to have their photo taken with the bunny; the event is offered after mall hours, and the area will be cleaned thoroughly afterward to protect any allergy-sufferers.
Boardman: Photos with the Easter Bunny at Southern Park Mall, 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday now through Saturday in the mall at 7401 Market St.
Canfield: Breakfast and tea with the Easter Bunny. Breakfasts from 9 to 11 a.m. today and Saturday; and tea from noon to 3 p.m. today, Piccadilly Parlour Victorian Tea Room, 114 S. Broad St. Cost for each is $16.95 per child and $17.95 per adult. Each meal includes fun, easy-to-eat selections for kids and elegant selections for adults. Reservations required. Call 330-533-4749. Cornersburg: Lunch with the Easter Bunny, 1 to 4 p.m. today, Cornersburg Dairy Queen, 3555 S. Meridian Road. A $5 lunch will include a sandwich, chips, drink and dessert. For each dollar spent, guests will get a ticket for a basket raffle for children ages 2 to 10. There will be photos with the Easter Bunny, who will hand out free candy-filled eggs, cupcake decorating and the opportunity to pet live bunnies.
Poland: Egg hunt, 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Poland United Methodist Church, 1940 Boardman-Poland Road. For information, call 330-757-1553.
Youngstown: Egg hunt, 2:30 p.m. registration; 3 p.m. hunt today near 53 Lucius Ave., between Market Street and Southern Boulevard. Hosted by the ICU Blockwatch Group and St. Dominic Church. Area will be sectioned off into four age groups for children 2 to 12, and children will hunt for specially marked eggs to win a bike, gift cards or Easter basket. Youngstown: Easter egg hunt sponsored by VFW Donald Lockett Post 6488 Ladies Auxiliary and the Royal Line Dance Family, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the post home, 2065 Coitsville-Hubbard Road. An egg hunt for children from 1 to 6 years will begin at 10:45 a.m. and for children 7 to 10 years old at 11:15. Refreshments, games and prizes will be offered. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
TRUMBULL COUNTY
Leavittsburg: Easter egg hunt and breakfast, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Project “Be Somebody” Inc., 4828 W. Market St. The event will offer a 50-50 raffle, basket auction and breakfasts served from 9 a.m. to noon for $5 for adults and children. Egg hunts start at noon; two bikes will be given as prizes to the winner in each age group – 3 and under, 4 to 8, and 9 to 13. Take your own bag and basket.
Leavittsburg: Egg hunt, 11 a.m. today, in the family life center of Leavittsburg Church of God, 610 S. Leavitt Road.
Niles: Eggs in the Mall egg hunt sponsored by The Movement, 9 a.m. Saturday, Eastwood Mall, 5555 Youngstown-Warren Road. More than 40,000 eggs are prepared for the event. Tickets are $1 and can be purchased at the Customer Service Center. For information, call 330-299-8686.
Niles: Easter bunny pet photos, 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Eastwood Mall, 5555 Youngstown Warren Road. Pets are welcome to have their photo taken with the Easter Bunny; pets must be on a leash or in a carrier.
Niles: Easter egg hunt, 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, First United Methodist Church, 608 N. Crandon Ave. Take your own basket. Refreshments and food will be served and the Easter Bunny will visit. For information, call 330-652-1439.
