John Lard III and Jasmine C. Jeter, both of Youngstown, are announcing their engagement.

The parents of the bride elect are Arkeylah M. Ballinger of Youngstown and the late Steven K. Jeter. The parents of the prospective groom are John L. Lard II of Youngstown and the late Darlene Moody.

New Vision New Day Ministry will be the setting of the open ceremony at 4:30 p.m. May 20. Invitations will be extended for a reception.
