Boardman Park will offer babysitting class

Boardman Park is sponsoring a babysitting class from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. April 16 at the Georgeanna Parker Activity Center in the park, 375 Boardman-Poland Road.

Students age 11 to 15 will learn basic babysitting skills, first aid, rescue breathing and more.

Cost is $40 for Boardman Township residents and $45 for nonresidents.

Participants must provide their own lunch.

Classes are limited.
