Poland Seminary High School briefly evacuated after threatening note found

POLAND — Poland School District administrators say a Poland Seminary High School student came to them early this morning with a note she said she found in her locker that contained a bomb threat.

Administrators searched the locker and found nothing but called in township police and evacuated the building for precautionary reasons.

The building was swept by township police and a bomb-sniffing dog and deemed safe for return. Students returned to the building after about an hour and are back in class.
