Youngstown police arrest 3 in possession of thousands of prescription pills

YOUNGSTOWN — Police arrested three people and found 3,415 pills Wednesday while serving a search warrant about 2:10 p.m. at a South Side home on Oak Hill Avenue.

Officers also found more than $2,600 in cash.

Reports said the pills were Tramadols, which are opiate-based pain killers.

The warrant was served by members of the vice squad and Community Police Unit.
