Stambaugh Charter Academy gets state award

YOUNGSTOWN — The Stambaugh Charter Academy has been selected by the Ohio Department of Education, Office for Exceptional Children, for a review of its special education program. OEC will be at the school beginning at 9 a.m. March 23.
