THE FIVE || Best, worst St. Paddy's Day celebrations

St. Patrick’s Day is tomorrow so the personal finance website WalletHub took a look at the best and worst cities for St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations. To determine the best places to celebrate, WalletHub compared the 100 most populated cities across 17 key metrics, ranging from “number of Irish pubs and restaurants per capita” to “lowest price for a three-star hotel on St. Patrick’s Day” to “weather forecast” for the holiday. Here are the top five:

v Boston: This city is sort of synonymous with St. Patrick’s Day

v Buffalo: They are ready for spring in this snow-belt city

v Omaha: Lots of Irish folks in Nebraska

v Philadelphia: Near the top when it comes to lowest price of party tickets

v Pittsburgh: The Steel City has the highest percentage of Irish population, 16.4 percent

“The Americans” (10 p.m., FX): The spy games continue for Philip (Matthew Rhys) and Elizabeth Jennings (Keri Russell) as Season 4 of the critically acclaimed Cold War thriller launches with a pulse-pounding opener. Now that teen daughter Paige (Holly Hunter) knows her parents are KGB operatives, things get really complex — and perilous — for all involved.

“Criminal Minds: BEYOND BORDERS” (10 P.M., CBS): TV’s infatuation with spin offs continues with “Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders.” Gary Sinise stars as the head of a special international division of the FBI that comes to the rescue of Americans who find themselves in danger while abroad.
