SUPER TUESDAY | Palermo has large lead for Mahoning County recorder; senior levy winning big

YOUNGSTOWN — With nearly 10 percent of the Mahoning County precincts reporting, incumbent recorder Noralynn Palermo has large lead over her opponent James Bertrando of 72 percent to 28 percent.

Meanwhile, the county's 1-mill senior citizens services levy is winning 8,143 for the levy to 5,355 against.
