ACC Preschool to host Trash and Treasure Sale

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR | Austintown Community Church Preschool Childcare Center student Clara Eckonen shows off a variety of raffle basket items that will be available at the center’s 2016 Trash and Treasure Sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the youth auditorium of the education wing at the church, 242 S. Canfield-Niles Road. Drawings for the raffle baskets are set for 12:45 p.m.; winners do not need to be present. Snacks, lunch items and beverages will be available for purchase. Proceeds from the sale will help purchase developmentally appropriate resources for the students of the school. The Austintown Kiwanis Club will host a pancake breakfast from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church the same day. Tickets are available from Kiwanis members and at the door. All breakfast proceeds benefit the youth of Austintown.
