MCBDD will honor vets with luncheon

Mahoning County Board of Developmental Disabilities will host its fifth annual Veterans of the Valley luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 22 in the social hall at St. Nicholas Catholic Church, 764 Fifth St.

As part of the Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month celebrations, the MCBDD will recognize and honor the accomplishments of past and present service veterans.

A special recognition will also be given to two veterans for their dedication and service to the community.

Lunch will be catered by Lariccia’s Italian Foods. The meal will be free to veterans who call 330-797-2902 and make reservations by Tuesday.
