Crown of Glory fundraiser is Saturday

YOUNGSTOWN

The 100 Plus Foundation will host a Crown of Glory fundraiser at noon March 19 at Heavenly Place Church of God in Christ, 1359 Katherine Ave. Guest speaker evangelist Sarah Etheridge will discuss “Why Do Women Wear Hats?”

There will be hats galore and more starting at $2. Free refreshments will be offered. A donation of $5 is requested.

The foundation’s purpose is to serve others and provide resources to families in need under the guidance of Christian principles. The group has donated supplies to local schools, clothing to local families and basic necessity items to individuals in assisted living facilities.
