Name: Pause

Info: This 4-year-old loves being petted and lounging with the other cats at the shelter. Pause isn’t comfortable with being held yet but loves to be brushed and play with toys like feathers and laser pointers. Pause is a little bit older, but still full of plenty of spunk.

Hours: Noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; noon to 8 p.m. Friday; 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday; and closed Sunday and Monday.

Info: Angels pets are put up for adoption with shots, worming, neutering or spaying. Cats have been tested for feline AIDS and leukemia, and dogs, for heartworm and temperament.
