• Girard Herb Society will meet at 1 p.m. at Chad Anthony’s. Shirley Williams will discuss self-protection for women.

• Trailwood Gardeners will meet at noon for a bag lunch. Stan Vuletich will discuss dahlias. Hostess is Elsie Kostyo, and co-hostesses are Denien Semach and Sue VanZandt.

THURSDAY

• Coitsville will meet at 6 p.m. and complete a tin container arrangement. Hostess is Sue Boyd.

• Johnny Appleseed will gather at 6:30 p.m. for a ladies night out at Stonebridge Restaurant on Route 224. Donna Osipchak has planned the program, and door prize will be provided by Joan Gallitto. Wear green for St. Patrick’s Day.

SATURDAY

• Sunflower will meet at 1 p.m. for a club discussion and an evaluation of 2015. Hostess is Ruth Rhodes.
