Truck flips on 711 ramp to I-680 south, traffic backed up

Police and fire crews are on the scene after a tractor trailer flipped onto its side on a state Route 711 ramp to Interstate 680 south.

Traffic is backed up on both the interstate and Route 711. Firefighters removed the driver on a stretcher.

The Ohio Department of Transportation announced the ramp from I-680 southbound to SR 711 is closed due to the crash. Motorists should avoid the area.
