Rollover crash in Austintown injures semi driver

AUSTINTOWN — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating an accident that left one person injured this morning.

Ronald Goehrig, 53, of Superior, Wis., a commercial semi-truck driver carrying lumber, lost control of his vehicle while traveling eastbound on Interstate 80 in Austintown about 11:20 a.m., according to the OSHP. His truck went off the road and overturned.

Goehrig was transported to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital for injuries that were not life-threatening, the patrol said in a news release.
