Rotary guest discusses Right to Read Week

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR | Struthers Rotary hosted guest speaker Sandra Horvath, the literacy coordinator for Struthers Elementary School, on Feb. 23. Horvath discussed Right to Read Week, celebrated from Feb. 29 to March 4. The elementary school marked the event with a Guest Reading Day on March 3.
