Mental health and recovery board will move to Children Services building

YOUNGSTOWN

The Mahoning County commissioners approved this morning a five-year agreement, under which the county mental health and recovery board will move to the county Children Services building.

The board hopes to complete its move from the second floor of the Ohio One Building, 25 E. Boardman St., to the second floor of the Children Services building, 222 W. Federal St., by July 31, when its Ohio One lease expires, said Duane Piccirilli, board executive director.

The commissioners also voted to close Green-Beaver Road between state Route 14 and Garfield Road Monday through March 18 for a culvert replacement.
