Youngstown special education program tonight is canceled

YOUNGSTOWN

The special education program meeting that had been scheduled at East High School tonight by the Ohio Department of Education’s Office for Exceptional Children and the Office of Urban Support has been canceled. The other two meetings, at 6 p.m. today at the Newport Branch of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County and at 9 a.m. Wednesday at the main library, will be conducted as scheduled.
