Girard woman faces disorderly-conduct charge

GIRARD — A woman is charged with disorderly conduct after a purported fight early Sunday morning at the Alumni Inn on Market Street.

Rosemary Cordova, 42, of Girard faces a fourth-degree misdemeanor charge. A bartender told police Cordova had flipped tables over, thrown objects around the bar and refused to leave.

Witnesses also told police Cordova was the aggressor in a fight with another woman. Cordova, however, told officers she was defending herself, the report states.
