Garden Forum plans meeting, luncheon and fashion show

YOUNGSTOWN

The Garden Forum will host its annual spring meeting, luncheon and fashion show on April 9 at Fellows Riverside Gardens at Mill Creek MetroParks.

Fashions will be from Christopher & Banks and CJ Banks.

There also will be a presentation by Wild Birds Unlimited.

The schedule of the event will be: 10:30 to 11 a.m., registration; 11, welcome and awards presentation; 11:15, Wild Birds Unlimited presentation; noon, lunch catered by Cater-2-U; 1 p.m., fashion show; and 2, raffle drawings.

Lunch will feature Ahi tuna salad croissant, Black Forest ham on wheat roll, red skin potato salad, leafy green salad, dessert, coffee, tea (hot and cold).

The cost is $25 for nonmembers and $20 for members. The event is open to the public.
