Mrs. Wittenauer’s class at Poland North Preschool celebrated its 50th day of school on Jan. 25.

The day was full of 50’s themed celebrations.

The special day included many different activities. The students and Wittenauer came to school dressed in 50’s style clothing and danced to music from the 50s. They also got to enjoy root beer floats with their snacks.

To keep in the spirit of learning but also staying in the 50’s theme, the students worked on their counting and counted up to 50.

Students also had the chance to take a picture next to a giant milkshake out in the hallway. The milkshake was made from paper, balloons and other craft items to look like a chocolate milkshake with whipped cream and a cherry on top. The milkshake glass said “Happy 50th Day of School” on it.

The students were excited to go to school knowing they celebrate their 50th day like they were in the 50s.
