Indictments

A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted these people on these charges:

James White, 22, Roemer Boulevard, Farrell, Pa., failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, possession of cocaine and possession of heroin,

Maurice Jones, 33, Glenmont Avenue, felonious assault with a firearm specification.

Lisa P. Smith, 42, Goshen Road, Salem, making false alarms and resisting arrest.

Deraile Jett, 20, Victor Avenue, carrying concealed weapons, being a felon in possession of a firearm and driving under suspension.

Joseph Gainsley, 52, North Perry Highway, Mercer, Pa., possession of heroin, possession of a drug abuse instrument and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Yohn, 47, Lucretia Lane, Columbiana, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and two counts of possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification.

Heather Moore, 42, state Route 30, Minerva, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Cheryl Kline, 51, Woodhurst Drive, Austintown, six counts of complicity to forgery, six counts complicity to criminal situation and six counts of complicity to theft.

Nathan L. Oldaker, 34, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, six counts complicity to forgery, six counts complicity to criminal situation and six counts complicity to theft.

Craig Sims, 38, East Judson Avenue, six counts complicity to forgery, six counts of complicity to criminal situation and six counts of complicity to theft.

Wickie Tutt Jr., 44, Idaho Road, Austintown, six counts of complicity to forgery, six counts ofcomplicity to criminal situation and six counts of complicity to theft.

Joe L. Watkins, 58, Frederick Street, Austintown, six counts of complicity to forgery, six counts of complicity to criminal situation and six counts of complicity to theft.

Sarah Markulin, 28, Idaho Road, Austintown, possession of heroin, possessing drug abuse instruments, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest.

Michael Williams, 31, Lane Street, Akron, carrying concealed weapons, being a felon in possession of a firearm, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, two counts of possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Cordero, 28, South Garland Avenue, possession of heroin.

Joseph Farrow, 31, Connecticut Avenue, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and two counts of operating a vehicle while impaired.

John Lacy, 68, Lora Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Jeffrey Southerland, 35, West LaClede Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm and carrying concealed weapons.

Chere Clinton, 28, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Teresa Whitehead, 41, Catalina Avenue, possession of cocaine.

Ronald Higham, 39, Weston Avenue, failure to notify change of address.
