Ryan urges upgrade of Air Force Reserves planes at Vienna


WASHINGTON, D.C. – During a hearing today of the U.S. House Defense Subcommittee on Appropriations, U.S. Rep. Tim Ryan of Howland, D-13th, urged Deborah Lee James, secretary of the Air Force, and Gen. Mark Welsh, the Air Force’s chief of staff, to upgrade the current fleet of C-130s in use by the Air Force Reserves 910th Airlift Wing at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Vienna.
