Girard plans canoe, kayak launch in Mahoning River

GIRARD

The city is seeking a permit from the Army Corps of Engineers to build a canoe and kayak launch at a bank of the Mahoning River.

The Army Corps of Engineers is seeking input on the construction’s potential environmental, economic or quality of life impacts.
