Boardman police sort out identity-theft complaint

BOARDMAN — Police are trying to sort out a township man's claims his brother stole his identity, according to a police report filed Monday.

The man told police his brother used his identity during a Feb. 18 arrest at Walmart on Doral Drive. He said he discovered the incident from his other sibling and found the brother had a warrant for failing to appear in court.
