City woman cited for indecency, disorderly conduct

YOUNGSTOWN — A Market Street woman was issued citations for urinating on a West Federal Street sidewalk early Monday evening.

Officers were called at about 6:35 p.m. for a drunken woman. They found Tamar Murray, 45, weaving on the sidewalk. Reports said she smelled heavily of alcohol.

A security guard and several witnesses said they saw Murray squat on the sidewalk, pull down her shorts and urinate. Police took a vodka bottle from her, reports said.

Murray was issued citations for public indecency and disorderly conduct while intoxicated. She was driven home by police.
