Youngstown police investigate reckless driver

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are investigating a report of a reckless driver who hit a utility report at North Hazelwood Avenue on the West Side tonight.

Officers responded to a call about 10:40 p.m.

The Vindicator’s broadcast partner 21 WFMJ-TV reports the car drove off the road into several yards. Possible charges against the driver are pending.
