Mercer County Conservation District hosts archery camp next week

MERCER, PA. — The Mercer County Conservation District is accepting youth archery camp registrations for children ages 9 to 14 years old.

No archery experience or equipment is necessary. This day camp will be Tuesday through Friday. The students will begin by learning about the history of the bow which will then lead into basic archery safety and proper shooting form. All archery equipment will be provided for camp.

The first three days of camp will be at Munnell Run Farm, 753 Greenville Road. The final day will be at Gold-N-Grain Archery in Sharpsville, Pa.

Registration and pre-payment will be accepted until Monday. You must turn in a registration form. These can be dowloaded from www.munnellrunfarm.org. For questions, call 724-662-2242 and ask for Jacqueline or Larissa.
