Car collides with motorcycle, killing 3 in Pennsylvania
BLAIRSVILLE, Pa. (AP) — Authorities say a crash involving a car and a motorcycle has killed three people.
Indiana County officials say the sedan went out of control on Route 286 in Black Lick Township just before 7 p.m. Friday and collided with the motorcycle.
Coroner Jerry Overman said Thomas Kenney Jr., 65, of Homer City, was pronounced dead at the scene. The motorcycle operator, 46-year-old Raymond Stumpf, of Aultman, was also pronounced dead at the scene.
Stumpf’s wife, 44-year-old Shannon Stumpf, was flown to Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville, where the Allegheny County medical examiner’s office said she was pronounced dead.
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the accident.
