Mahoning County Grand Jury indicts 25

YOUNGSTOWN — A Mahoning County grand jury Thursday indicted 25 people including Rickie Gonzalez, 51, of Early Road and Michael Zarlingo, 55, of Harvey Street in Struthers, on charges of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification.

Police said the pair robbed the PNC Bank branch on Meridan Road. Reports said one of the men had a gun while the other jumped over a counter, grabbed money and then both ran out.

The grand jury also indicted Dustin Dellick, 30, Crestline Place; on two counts possession of cocaine, two counts possession of heroin and endangering children.

Reports say on May 17, officers Mike Quinn and Jimmy Hughes Jr. pulled over a car on the North Side after they spotted it on Wirt Street cut off another car and drive off at a high rate of speed.

The officers took Dellick out of the car and searched it because of his actions before the car was pulled over. They found nothing on him, but he told police there were drugs in a diaper bag.

The grand jury also indicted Jessica Armstrong, 26, Tomlin Drive, Girard, on possession of heroin, possession of cocaine, possession of drugs and possession of a drug abuse instrument.
