UPDATE | City police arrest man after car flips on 680 ramp

Youngstown police caught a man who ran from a car that flipped just after 5 p.m. Thursday on the Glenwood Avenue southbound entrance ramp to Interstate 680. Police said the car was being chased by U.S. Marshals on Interstate 680 south and it exited the freeway at Glenwood Avenue, then attempted to cut across a grassy median to get back on the freeway when it flipped. Two men inside the car were taken to St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. After searching several nearby streets officers found the man who ran from the car, Kenneth Price, 28, who was wanted on a warrant on drug charges from Mahoning County Common Pleas Court, was found hiding in Oak Hill Cemetery and arrested.
