REUNIONS

136th Murphy Family Reunion will take place at 1 p.m. Sunday at the home of William Murphy, 1403 Gypsy Lane, Niles. Take a covered dish and an item to auction.

Campbell Memorial High School Class of 1954 will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Thursday at Bedford Trails Golf Course, 713 Bedford Road, Lowellville. Guests are welcome. Make reservations with Pat Cua, George or Betty Beelen or Loretta Vrable Bury.

Chaney High School Class of 1953 will meet for breakfast at 10 a.m. Thursday at Eat’n Park in Austintown. All classmates and guests are welcome.

Chaney High School Class of 1996 reunion celebration will take place July 1 and 2. July 1 will be a bowling party from 7 p.m. to close at Mahoning Valley Lanes and Strikers, 2617 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown. The cost is $10 for adults and $7 for those 18 and under. Admission includes two bowling games, shoe rental, two slices of pizza and soda. A cash bar will be provided. On July 2 the class will meet from 2 to 5 p.m. at Chaney High School, 731 S. Hazelwood Ave. The cost is $15 for adults and free for children. Food, water and soda will be provided. There also will be an adults-only after party from 8 p.m. to close at the Draught House, 219 W. Federal St. A first-come, first-served complimentary buffet from 8 to 8:30 and a cash bar will be available. No outside drinks will be permitted. South High School Alumni members are reminded that the 42nd annual All Alumni Reunion will take place Saturday at Holiday Inn, Boardman. The social hour will begin at 6 p.m. with a cash bar, and the buffet dinner will be served at 7. The menu comprises chicken francaise, beef burgundy tips, garden salad, penne pasta with meatballs, green beans with red bell peppers, parsley buttered potatoes, coffee, tea, dessert and rolls. YSU Army ROTC Alumni will have a summer picnic reunion from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. July 30 at the Chester Long Pavilion in Boardman Park. Take a casserole to share and beverages.
