Mr. and Mrs. Baldelli mark 65th anniversary

STRUTHERS

Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Baldelli of Struthers celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with their children at a dinner at Tippecanoe Country Club in Canfield on June 5.

Their children are Raymond and Joan Baldelli of Poland, William Baldelli of Struthers, and Dr. Thomas and Susan Traikoff of Canfield. They have seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

A son, Thomas Baldelli, and daughter-in-law, Sylvia Baldelli, are deceased.

The former Sally E. O’Hara and Mr. Baldelli exchanged vows June 9, 1951, at Immaculate Conception Church in Youngstown. They are members of Christ Our Savior Parish at St. Nicholas Church.

Mrs. Baldelli worked for Sears Roebuck and Co. in Boardman for 21 years, where she was a teletypist. She retired in 1989.

Mr. Baldelli retired in 1988 from the U.S. Postal Service, where he worked as a letter carrier for 35 years. He is a U.S. Navy veteran and served aboard the USS Tennessee from 1943-46.
