Handguns missing from Boardman residence

Police are looking for a couple of handguns that went missing from a residence on Erie Street Thursday night, according to a police report.

The resident was reportedly out-of-state. When a partner went to retrieve the handguns, they were gone.

Police asked for the serial number for the guns to officially report them as stolen but the resident is still away from home and told officers the partner will look for them.
