Scarnecchia, Biviano wedding planned Sept. 24

Jerry and Tonya Ramsey of Warren are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Alyssa Scarnecchia, to Michael Biviano, both of Niles. The parents of the prospective groom are Dennis and Sally Biviano, also of Niles.

Invitations will be issued for a Sept. 24 wedding at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Niles and a reception that will follow.

The bride-elect is studying business management at Brandman University with a concentration in human resources.

Her fianc graduated from John Carroll University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. He is pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy at Youngstown State University.
