May 23

Vandalism: A report of vandalism to a pavilion was made at Greasel Park, 78 Winona Drive.

June 3

Warrant: Police arrested Christopher Smiley, 35, of Sankey, New Castle, Pa., on a Canfield Mayor’s Court warrant for failure to appear.

June 4

Drug possession: Police arrested Andrew Clark, 34, of Willard, on charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drug abuse: Police arrested Robert Kovach, 18, of South Broad Street, on charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Drug abuse: Police arrested Jamond Robinson, 27, of Glenwood Avenue, Youngstown, on a charge of drug abuse.

AUSTINTOWN

May 30

Assault: Police arrested Stephanie Warren, 24, of West Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, on an assault charge. Police said she assaulted another woman at Taco Bell, 850 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Anthony Tountas, 23, of Susan Circle, Youngstown, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle window shield was shattered at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, 777 Hollywood Drive.

May 31

Theft: Unauthorized charges were made on a credit card in the 5000 block of Kirk Road.

Lost or stolen property: A wallet was lost or stolen at Austintown Family Health, 5533 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A window air conditioner was stolen from a home in the 200 block of South Edgehill Avenue.

Theft: A diamond ring was stolen from an auto at Hollywood Gaming.

June 1

Breaking and entering: A possible ex-employee broke in at Guardian Services, 5401 Ashley Drive.

Warrant: Police arrested Katelyn Lofaro, 19, of Carnegie Avenue, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.

Theft: A vending machine was entered with a key and money was taken at Austintown Junior Soccer League fields, 805 Ohltown Road.

Warrant: Police arrested Joseph Mix, 30, of Crabwood Court, on a warrant for failure to appear on a traffic charge.

June 2

Breaking and entering: Tools were taken from Y.S.D. Industries, 3710 Henricks Road.

Domestic violence: Police arrested Dwayne Pixley, 48, homeless, on a charge of domestic violence after an altercation with a woman in the Walmart parking lot, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Lost or stolen property: A wallet was lost or stolen at Huntington Bank, 1732 S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: Police issued a summons to Lamont Askew, 31, of Callaway Circle, on a theft charge. Police accused him of taking $26.37 in merchandise from Walmart.

Warrant: Police arrested James Barfield, 43, homeless, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

June 3

Theft: Police arrested Thomas Kennedy, 21, of Terraview Drive, Boardman, on charges of theft and drug possession. Police accuse him of taking $6.96 in merchandise from Conroy’s Xpress, 3670 S. Meridian Road, and found drugs in his possession.

Warrant: Police arrested Janetta Jones, 20, of Fifth Street, Warren, on a warrant for criminal damaging.

Theft: Money was taken from a wallet at Walmart.

Warrant: Police arrested Samuel Johntony, 26, of North Raccoon Road, on a warrant for aggravated menacing.

June 4

Drug offense: Police arrested Tequan Gilford, 21, of Porter Avenue, Campbell, on a summons for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to David Richardson, 19, of Kenneth Street, Youngstown, on a charge of possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Drug offense: Police issued a summons to Sara Rodino, 25, of Shadyside Drive, on charges of possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.

Drug offense: Police arrested Jason Negron, 35, of, Martland, Fla., on a charge of drug possession. Police said they found several large sealed bags of suspected marijuana found in the trunk of Negron’s car.

Theft: Unknown items were stolen from Walmart.

Theft: Lawn equipment was stolen at Kmart,4475 Mahoning Ave.

Obstructing official business: Police arrested Bruce Carothers, 64, of Tod Avenue, Warren, after a vehicle pursuit for failure to comply with the order of a police officer and obstructing official business.

Weapons offense: A female was shooting a gun toward Forest Hill Drive in the 1000 block of Compass West.

June 5

Warrant: Police arrested Rachael Walker, 30, of Clearwater Street, Warren, on a warrant for failure to pay fines in Warren court.

Theft: A coin collection, World War II medals and a tool and die maker were stolen from an apartment in the 4000 block of Rhode Island Drive.

Theft by deception: A shortchange scam for $300 occurred at Aldi’s, 5863 Mahoning Ave.

Disorderly conduct: Police issued a summons to Craig Wilson, 43, of Maplecrest Drive, Warren, on a charge of disorderly conduct.
