Hubbard

The Hubbard Conservation Club, 1760 Wick-Campbell Road, and United Veterans CCW will have a basic pistol and CCW class from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. today June 11.

The class qualifies participants to apply for their Ohio concealed-carry handgun license. Cost is $85 per person or $160 per couple and includes all materials, use of target pistols and eye and ear protection. Light snacks and lunch will be offered.

Open smallbore range

Garage and bake sale

Hubbard

The Hubbard Conservation Club, 1760 Wick-Campbell Road, will have a community garage and bake sale from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. next Saturday to benefit the club’s youth-safety and education programs.

CCW/CHL class

Niles

The Western Reserve Fish & Game Club, 1058 W. Third St., will have a one-day CCW/CHL class from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 25.

Cost is $70, and a deposit is required. All materials and firearms will be provided as part of the fee. A light lunch will be provided.

The meets the requirements for successful students to obtain their Ohio CCW license. Certificates will be awarded.
