Criminal mischief: A mailbox was damaged at a residence in the 5300 block of New Castle Road.

Arrest: A traffic stop at U.S. Route 224 and Diana Drive led to the arrest of 36-year-old Neil A. Kolm of White House Lane, Boardman, on one count of operating a vehicle impaired and two of child endangering. Two children, 9 and 14, also were in the vehicle, a report showed.
