Commons at Greenbriar achieves a perfect status
The Commons at Greenbriar, an assisted living facility in the CommuniCare Family of Companies, has achieved a perfect survey and deficiency-free rating by the Ohio Department of Health for this year.
This annual survey is conducted by the Office of Health Assurance and Licensing, Bureau of Long Term care. All aspects of care and services are evaluated during an on site and unannounced inspection. Each Long Term Care Facility in the state is reviewed annually during a nine to 15-month inspection and survey cycle.
“The team at Campus of Greenbriar is proud to be recognized for the excellent quality outcomes and environment we have created for our residents at the Commons at Greenbriar Assisted Living,” said Natalie Walczak, Executive Director. “Our perfect survey is emblematic of our dedication to providing residents and staff with a great place to live and work.”
Situated on five acres on the Greenbriar Healthcare Center Campus, the Commons at Greenbriar offers four types of luxurious suites. Manicured grounds and walkways, a large front porch with rocking chairs, chef-prepared restaurant-style dining, on-site beauty and barbershop, transportation services, dental service, library, concierge and proximity to local shopping and dining, as well as on-premise activities and events make Greenbriar Commons one of the area’s finest and most sought-after assisted living facilities.
The facility offers skilled services such as diabetes management, facility care, orthopedic care, congestive heart failure programs, respite care, 24-hour nursing and dietary nutritional services and recreational therapy as part of its personalized wellness plans created for each resident.
