Alabama will play Covelli Centre

YOUNGSTOWN — Country band Alabama will come to Covelli Centre on Aug. 12.

Tickets for the concert, with special guest Lorrie Morgan, are $46.50, $56.50 and $96.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. June 17 at ticketmaster.com, all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at 800-745-3000 and at the Covelli box office. Additional fees may apply.

Alabama got its start 40 years ago. The groundbreaking band has produced 21 No. 1 country singles, and has been inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.

The band’s hit songs include “Song of the South,” “Mountain Music” and “Roll On (Eighteen Wheeler)."

The band’s members are Randy Owen, Teddy Gentry and Jeff Cook.
