Burst pipe floods Fitch gym

AUSTINTOWN — After a pipe burst in a bathroom near the Fitch gymnasium, Austintown School District Superintendent Vince Colaluca said he currently has a crew working on getting the water removed.

"There's definitely a lot of damage, but we are trying to see if it's fixable or beyond repair," he said of the gym's water-logged, warped floor.

Colaluca estimated repairs for the gym floor will be costly.
