Organizations host food drive for needy

CANFIELD

CTW Development Corp. and Kennsington Golf Club and Grille have teamed up with Second Harvest Food Bank of the Mahoning Valley to host a food drive at the golf course now through June 27. Anyone who takes food or monetary donations to the course’s ProShop in Westford Community, 4171 Westford Place, can enter to win one of three prizes.

First prize will include a one-night stay at the Courtyard by Marriott and 18-holes of golf, second prize will be a $25 gift card to Kennsington Grille and 18-holes of golf; and third prize will be 18-holes of golf.

During the summer months contributions decrease for Second Harvest which relies on donations to provide hunger relief to the Valley.
