Naturopathic Dr. Dannielle MacDuff is offering “Herbology with Dr. Danni Part 2,” a course which builds on concepts learned in two previous sessions. In this course, students will learn about antiviral herbs, antiseptic herbs, antibacterial herbs, and anti-parasitic herbs.

The classes are at ITT Tech, 1030 N. Meridian Road, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. on Fridays, June 10, 17, 24, and July 1. The cost is a $40 donation to the Phoenix House Building Fund, which includes all supplies and a workbook. To register, call 330-505-3515.

Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital, 8747 Squires Lane NE, is offering Delay the Disease, an evidence-based fitness program designed for people with Parkinson’s disease. This free program is designed to empower those living with Parkinson’s by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms associated with the disease.
