Champion man dies in single-car crash in Warren

WARREN — A Champion Township man died in a 2:30 p.m. single-car crash on Tod Avenue Northwest Monday near Moncrest Avenue.

Robert Spencer, 52, was pronounced dead at ValleyCare Trumbull Memorial Hospital. Police said his car left the right side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Police continue to investigate.
